Advisors to governments and institutions
Since 1989, GG International has helped governments, institutions, and investors turn complex reform agendas into systems that work. We also work with local partners to bring proven technology into our markets.

Digital and AI advisory
AI and digital public infrastructure is now one of our seven practices.
Outcomes that hold in complex markets
We are engaged for delivery, not decks. Our work is measured against the indicators our clients are accountable for.
Resilient economies
Diversification and productivity that hold under shocks.
Digital public infrastructure
Identity, data exchange, and services that scale nationally.
Trusted institutions
Governance and reform that citizens and markets believe in.
Sound financial systems
Supervision, inclusion, and stability by design.
Climate resilience
Adaptation and transition financed and delivered.
Infrastructure delivery
Bankable projects and mobilized private capital.
Independent advice, declared interests
We declare any commercial interest we hold in a technology or its supplier, and we staff advisory work only with people who have no conflict. Our advice is independent.
How we govern our work
Our corporate policies cover anti-corruption, modern slavery, child protection, document security, quality, supplier conduct, and whistleblowing.
Where we are based
Headquartered in Wellington, New Zealand, with offices in Washington DC, Phnom Penh, and Ulaanbaatar. We are planning an office in the Middle East.
